Charge Explainer
§ 01 · PREFIX · OF*

What does OF* mean on a bank statement?

OF* charges come from OnlyFans, a subscription-based content platform. For privacy, the billing descriptor is deliberately generic and does not name the individual creator the charge is for.

HOW TO READ IT

OnlyFans is a pass-through: it handles the payment, but it is not the seller. The real merchant is the name that appears right after the prefix.

Processor: OnlyFans
